Experienced in project and service negotiations with India-CEOs and senior management and implementation.


Served in Vice President, SVP roles heading Marketing, Business Development-Strategy-M&A, and International Operations in US, India, Brazil & France; at companies Eaton (Automotive, Electrical), Larsen & Toubro (construction, manufacturing, electrical), Pentair, Tecumseh Products, Elgi (compressors, pumps, engines). Served on the Boards of two $800M co.s in the industrial and electrical sector in India. Served clients in chemicals, auto, pharma with Deloitte and AT Kearney; and electric utilities, steel, oil refineries with ABB Power Plant Services.

PAUL MRACEK (Asia-Pacific, Melbourne Australia)

30 years experience, served as MD, Gen Manager Asia Pacific for Tecumseh Products (engines, pumps, motors), Fasco Motors, Bosch and Honeywell-Bendix, managing factories in China, Malaysia, Asia-Pac. Leads operational excellence and leadership training work globally and in the Asia-Pacific. As a Mechanical Engineer with a professional career spanning auto components, motors, compressors, etc. Paul also brings deep manufacturing and engineering insights to technology acquisitions and product management.


Jean-Marc Sassier served as General Manager and Head of Tecumseh Europe and diversified Private Equity companies in the aerospace sector, leading sales-marketing with over 30-years and with operational responsibilities. His expertise includes Development / Restructuring / Merger & Acquisition / Setting up of Distributor Network / Technology agreements and Transfer of Technology / consolidation of manufacturing

He is also French Counselor for business development on the Export by the French government and associated member of the Chamber of commerce in Versailles.


Economist in India for more than 35 years in leading organizations. Dr. Manju has worked in a leading Research Institution – Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics, the leading Economic newspaper – The Economic Times, the largest private sector financial institution/Bank - ICICI, the largest mutual fund and finally the largest corporate in construction and infrastructure space – L&T. Working in close proximity with the management, her work involved providing inputs for strategic planning as well as financial, risk analysis as well as policy advocacy.

She has international credentials in adapted the methodology of ‘Economic Appraisal’ of projects in manufacturing and infrastructure jointly with ADB, Manila. She was formal USAID consultant to the government of Maharashtra on transformation of Mumbai into a global city. (Mumbai Vision).
